Are these parties really just for adults?

Yes! All guests must be 21+ to attend.

Do I need to bring my own books?

You can! If you have some you want to finish or show off to the group, please do! However, we will be providing one book per attending author in your swag bag. There will also be time set aside to purchase more from those authors.

What if I have food allergies?

We accommodate most allergies. Please let us know during sign-up and we will do everything we can to accommodate!

Can I get a refund?

No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Because our events are small, all-inclusive, and require advance commitments, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations for any reason—including illness, travel issues, or emergencies. However, depending on circumstances, they may be transferred. Contact us for help.

Do I have to share a room/bed?

Yes. Room arrangements are shared unless noted otherwise. Contact us for any questions/concerns.

What happens if Book Baddies cancels or reschedules the event?

If we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be given the choice of a full refund or a credit for a future event. Please note: we’re not responsible for any outside travel or lodging arrangements.

What if there’s a natural disaster or emergency?

In the rare event of something outside our control—like a natural disaster or public health emergency—we’ll do our best to offer credit or partial refunds, depending on the situation.

Is your website accessible to people with disabilities?
